69th Annual Meeting of Members
The 69th Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at the Phillips High School Auditorium.The meeting was a great success with 362 adults and children present. The event began with registration and meal from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The business meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. In response to requests from the membership,
Price Electric’s board of directors approved the
use of absentee ballots for director elections at the annual meeting.

Drawings were held for prizes and the winners were, Gerald Brillhart, electric grill, Nancy Bird and Howard Neeck, whole house surge protectors. Winners of $50.00 electric bill credits were; Barb Quednow, Robert Pieper, Janet Janko, Ronald Ocker, Maxine Butler, Ed Conn, Charles Bryan, William Heikkinen, Judy Goetz, and Ben Marheine. Winners of $20.00 cash were; Merlin Kobs, Mary Ann Ochodnicky, Jean Klimowski, Clarence W. Johnson, Cindy Becker, Harold Rhody, Ray Schlosser, Mary ann Schmitt, Arlyn Kielsmeier, and Emil Brightsman.

All members received an attendance gift of energy saving items in a recycled bag
